Justin Dollard serves as Senior Director for Planning and Project Management at the University of Rochester (UR). He provides executive leadership across a complex, decentralized organization and is responsible for a capital project development portfolio totaling over $1 billion.
Prior to his tenure at UR, he served as the Managing Director of the Community Development Society (CDS), a national nonprofit focused on professional development and research. His background includes urban design, city planning, land use review, and master planning, include redevelopment and restoration of urban river corridors.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and American Studies with a minor in Political Theory from The Evergreen State College, architectural degrees from the University of Oregon, and a Master in Public Administration from Villanova University. He currently serves as Vice-Chair, Operations, on the CDS Board of Directors.
